Yesterday the gypcrete was poured over the PEX tubing. Somehow it makes the house look much more complete or finished by not having the plywood floor visible.
They also started putting on the "tar" paper and chicken wire as a base for the stucco. Here is the front showing the tar paper.
Rita sent me the link to your home construction blog. The new construction looks great. I like the radiant heat idea. The house really looks nice. Congratulation.
I'm in Florida and I think my heat came on a half a dozen times this past winter. I had lots of insulation put in when I had the house built. Even so the AC gets a work out.
